In general, the bar chart compares library in Britain throughout nine years by categorized reasons, such as Borrow or return book, obtain information, study, read newspaper or magazine with percentages. In contrast, people reached a peak at around 60 % borrowing or returning books in 1991, while study by 2000 depicted the lowest percentage at about 5%.
It is clear from the chart that there is a big difference between 1991 and 2000. Firtsly, half of the British people borrowed books from the library in 1991 after 9 years their percentage slightly declined approximately to 55%. Secondly, roughly 20% of people went to there to obtain infomation in 1991, but by 2000 they were at around 15%. Thirdly, from 1991 15% of people went to the library with a reasob of study whereas by 2000 their percentage fell to about 5%.
Turning to the final reason approximately 18% readers of newspaper went there in 1991 and by 2000 they dropped to about 10%. It is obvious from the chart that obtaining information, study reading newspaper or magazines were not considrable as borrowing books between 1991 and 2000.
