Band 7+: A business partner and his team have recently visited your organization, and one of the team members left a coat behind. Write a letter to your business partner. Dear Mr. Jones,

Thank you for your visit, it was wonderful to have you and your team here at Cyber Park last week.

The conference was really insightful and brought excellent ideas on the table, which is definitely going to prove beneficial and sustainable for both of our organizations and will help in building a strong foundation for our future relationships.

The reason I am writing this letter is to bring into your notice, that one of your colleagues might have forgotten to take his coat from the conference hall post the gala dinner we had on the 24th Feb’24.

With the company branding on the cuffs, it wasn’t difficult to figure out the coat belonged to one of your delegates.

I was thinking about having it couriered. Before I do that, it would be great to know whether the coat should be delivered to your office or do you have some other address you would like it to be sent?
