Dear Johns,

I’m writing this letter to let you know about the last business conference we had in my meeting room on 20Th February 2024 ,and also to notify that one of your team members forgot to take the grey color coat.

Firstly ,I would say thank you for you and your team members of the great visit .I was so elated about the enormous suggestions and plans that your team was made for the economical developments for my firm.

However ,As I mentioned above ,I saw the grey colored coat was kept in the meeting room after the conference was over, and I have no doubt that It wouldn’t be one your colleague who came with you. Because ,there is your company logo fixed on the top of the pocket.

I would like to send either via courier or with my driver. So I wish to know your preference for doing that.
