Hello Rk,

I hope your are doing well and in good health. I writing this letter to express my regret regarding not able to present to welcome youu on upcoming saturday due to an anavoiable work commitment. On that day, I have to attend a important meeting with my current project clients because lack of the staff on my office. This is a crucial task for my career which I have to attend successfully.

I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and I would like to offer an alternative date on 5th April for our meet up therefore we can longer spend our quality time togather. We can also visite some tourist place in my country and enjoy some meaningful moments together.

I hope you can understand my situation. Also, Please let me know this date will accommodate your schedule. Once again, please accept my apology and looking forward to meet you.
