Dear John,
How are you and the family doing?
I am thrilled to know that you are planning to visit my house, however, I am writing to inform you that I am not available on the dates you are planning to travel.
Firstly, I am really sorry for this incovenience but I hope you will understand that I have to travel out of station due to a planned official trip, which I can’t reschedule. Actually, this trip would give me an opportunity to interact with some overseas stakeholders.
It would be wonderful if you could visit to my place in the mid of the following month as the weather would be less humid and we will be able to explore a plethora of unseen attributes of my city and its surroundings. In fact, you being an art lover, would surely like an old museum that will open for public on the first day of the next month.
Once again, please accept my apologies for this inconvenience and don’t forget to plan in advance for the new alternate duration that I shared.
Best regards,
David
