It will be highly appreciated could you please excpt my sincere apologies. I am writing to you about unexpected situation, you know , I always try to keep my commitment. The situation creat a mashup cenario. You have change your viist plan to me, the time we fixed that now a days very critical for me and for my job.
I told you that I worked in a multinational company, As I work here so different type of nation people came to visit my sit in different time, you know we already make a plan to visit a few historical place of my country. But my company chairman is P.T.O coming to next month, so Boss ps already given instraction to everybody sould be present on those days . There is lots of meetings, seminar and so many things will be discused. Due to official emergency I could be available on those days, so can’t be able to give you my any time, and we can’t make our plan sucessfull. You know that my job is my bread and butter, so I am extremly sorry.
I think you will understand my situation. As we are private company worker, we can’t do anything what we need. Sometime we have to secrifise so many tings.
We can make another plan if you don’t have any issues. I will be realy very happy if could you please make another date in coming December, Now I can make sure that next date will be our remarkable day, then see you very soon.
