Dear Monica,

I got so surprised by the your trip plan to my hometown. I have so many places to visit with you in my mind ahead. Unfortunetly, i was not available on April 5th; my exams are going and will continue till 8 April. I am so sorry if you will get any trouble in planning again. I want to request you to postphone your trip to mid April. I hope you did not make any reservations yet. After 14 April, i will be free from any distractions and can roam around fearlessly.

Moreover, international swimming competiton is helding in May and we will able to take part in it. I will give our names and get enrolled now. There will be Basketball game in the competition too and i am sure it will be thrilled spectator experience for us. There is bluffer beach too explore in summers. I can not wait to enjoy this all with you. I wish you will have a wonderfull journey. See you soon!
