Dear Shyam,

I hope this letter finds you in radiant health and best of spirit.

I received your mail this morning in regards to come for canada on vacation.I beg your pardon that I wont be available this week.

This week my Institution are going to to conduct an final exam of the year.This is my last year pursuing bachelor in hotel management .As,the test are approaching this week,I will be fully focused on my study and practical assignments which will make this week me very busy and could not have a space for any leisure time.

Next Sunday,the exam will be completed and from there I will be available for the whole month.So,I Would like to request to postpone the plan and could extend for a week.It will be more convenient and will be appreciated if you can come next week.I will be there assisting you with your pick up and your travel arrangement.I can assist with the accomodation facilities too.

I would like to request to change your vacation date extended to an week.I would appreciate this.
