Dearest align,

Hope this letter finds you in a radiant health. A main reason behind writing this letter is that during your visit next month, I am unable to give you a shelter at my house.

I remember that during our conversation last month. I promised you to stay at my home but unfortunately within a week. We will shift to our uncle’s house for 2 months. Because renovation will start at my place, which will last for 2 months.

I am really sorry for this inconvenience. Regarding your visit to my country. I am very worried about your plans. Because I have written all your arrangements of your visions.

In spite of all this disruption, I would like to book a room for you in advance at venue hotel for your whole visit. Moreover, venue hotel is only 2 kms away from my uncle’s place, so it will be easy for us to provide you homemade indian food.
