Dear Eva,

I am excited to hear that you are coming to India next month. Unfortunately, I have a sudden meeting of my research. Therefore, I will go to the United States of America next month. I feel sorry about this. Apart from this, my parents will attend the wedding of my relative. No one will be present to welcome you.

This meeting is very important to my future. Because if I convince American scientists, then I will get a good amount of grants, which can help me to find more resources regarding my research. I deeply apologize for I will not pick you up from the airport.

I can arrange two alternatives for you. One of my friend Suresh who came to meet me when we were in college. He can pick you up, and you can stay in his home. The second option is to arrange meant a trusted guide who can help you to explore India and give you knowledge about a particular place.
