Dear Emily,

I hope you are doing great. As we discussed during previous conversation, you are going to look after my house and my dog Sandy while I’m on holiday for two days on an island. Before going on vacation, I want to let you know about some tips to take care of my dog. She like to eat around 10.00am and then in evening after 4.00 pm. I usually take her for walk at 5.00 pm but you can adjust this timing according to your schedule.

Other than that, I want you to do some housework when I’m not there. You can start with tidying up the house, especially the kitchen as this is the most important part of the home. After finishing cleaning work could you please water the plants in the garden area ? I’ve also left some spices on the terrace to dry so please make sure to check on them once in a day. I think that’s all for work that I want you to do for me. I know you are my best friend and will take care of everything very well.
