Band 5+: A friend has agreed to look after your house and pet while you are on holiday. Write a letter to your friend. In your letter: - give contact details for when you are away, - give instructions about how to care for your pet, - describe other household duties you would like your friend to undertake. When giving contact details, you do NOT need to write any addresses; something like the name of a friend you are staying with or a holiday destination is fine.

Dear Caroline,

Thank you for agreeing to house sit for me. If you need to contact me during my holiday I will be staying near KFC in Muscat. If it’s urgent however please ring my phone which I will keep with me at all time.I have written my contact on a sticky note which I attached on the fridge. My cat needs to be fed twice a day so each morning and evening put a handful of cat biscuits in her dish you will find it in the kitchen pantry, Also make sure that she has freshwater. Please, check it daily you can give him a small bowl of milk in the evening and you can provide her with the cold water bath twice in a week. I would like you water my plants too. The indoor once in the launge need water once in every few days, where as the plants in my balcony need to be watered daily unless there is heavy rain. Finally for security, please clear my mailbox daily. Keep the outdoor lights on at the night.
