Hi Alex,

Very glad to hear from you and thank you so much for offering me to work at your company, ABC Youth Network.

I’m indeed very thrilled to receive the offer as I’m already familiar with your institution and its area of focus aligns with my career interest. ABC’s vision of providing necessary life skills trainings and other services to the youth groups in our province is something I genuinely admire about.

However, this is very unfortunate and I’m really sorry to let you know that I’m not able to join within three months as right now I work for another organization and won’t be able to resign from my current post immediately. The main reason for that is me and my team are now working on a six months project and we’re half way through it. If I leave now that would bring several issues and burdens to other team members and I shouldn’t do that.

Hope you undersand my situation. If the work still available after three months and you want me to join, I will be more than happy to take up the responsibilities.
