Hello Roy,

I hope this leter finds you in a good health. I have to thank you that you gave me an oppertunity to join your organization. Unfortunatily, I am unable to join for next three months.

I did some research about your organization and find that it comes under big 4 and has a many good projects in pipeline. In terms of work culture, it is very friendly and support multiculturism. Additionally, they also contributed to society through corporate social responsibility.

Currently, I am working with an international client which has some tie-ups with your company, as a project manager, which gives me emense knowledge in a new field. Apart form this, the schedule is very hectic and every week have have to achieve a planned milestone.

Although, it’s a great oppertunity to work with a reputed organisation. However, we have to deliver our final prodct in next three months. Due to this, I am unable to accept this offer.

I hope you can understand my poition and please inform me for future openings.
