I’m so sorry to hear that you are feeling isolated in your new town as you have always been such an outgoing person. I have ideas for you to slove this problem. It will be discussed as follows.

it would appear that individuals feel lonely because the whole environment is new and there are various unknown persons which leads to them staying at home more, which makes the situation exacerbated.

I have some solutions for you to overcome this issue. first of all, you should join some of the clubs near your place because I know how much you love dancing. If I were you, then I definitely did this. Moreover, with this you will meet new people with the same interests and abilities.
