Hi Brown,

i am fine and hope you are doing well. i received your letter yesterday. i feel sorry to know that you are facing difficulties at work because of work load. i know as a manager you not only have to manage store but also have to deal with customers. Work load stress may effect your’s mental and physical health.

I remember when i was working in this store i have to face similer difficulties. My riginal manager was not copurative. he was very strick and behave rudely. So, i preffer to discuss my broplem with my staff members.

According to me first of all, you have to discuss your setuvation with your Riginal manager and demand extra staff. Moreover, you should make list of duties you have to perform and mark them according to their perorities. Furthermore, divide this duties with your staff members. I am hope full that you will act upon my advices.
