Dear Reza,

I wish this letter find you well. I have not any news from you till last 2 days ago, I received a letter from you that you have invited me to your birthday.

Since I read your letter, I was very excited that these days would pass sooner and I could see you and be present at your celebration. But unfortunately, the company did not agree with my leave due to lack of manpower and it caused all the plans I made to be messed up. I talked to my manager about how important it is to attend your event because I haven’t seen you in a long time, but it was not agreed.

To make up for this bad luck, I can arrange a meeting for the end of the month where we can see each other and also invite our other mutual friends. Of course, if you have the opportunity to come.

I am looking forward to hearing from you soon as possible.
