My name is Nguyen Binh An- a student who has participated in the computing course at your center for nearly two weeks. I am writing to express my disappointment in that your services are not as good as advertised.
My first complain is that the teachers show little care for students. They just gave a few references without specific instructions, leading to low productivity and misunderstanding among learners. In particular, after class, I had to spend hours searching for documents on online platforms such as Instagram, thread or Facebook. Because there were a substantial number of videos and books, I couldn’t determine what would suit me. Consequently, not only did I feel overwhelmed but also I could not understand the main points, leading to a sense of inferiority to others and demotivation. Besides, teachers were not usually punctual. At first, I thought they might have some problems regarding traffic congestion or family emergencies but this tendency continued in the following days. As a consequence, other students in my class disregarded of being late and started immitating the instructors. This may result in creating a bad habits for many individuals and fostering an unhealthy environment for everyone. Finally, the amenities were not well- equipped. Although students in here continually expressed their concerns about the depraved computers, there were no actions seriously taken.
Hence, I truly hope that you can tackle this issue as soon as possible. If these problems are not addressed, I shall be forced to take legal action.
