Overall, the chart shows that the highest rate in all seven cities, consist of both problems with health and care services and Education matters, whereas the lowest is air pollution, highest proportion was observed in Belfast and cardif for health services, the smallest was recorded in Newcastle for air pollution.
In the city of new Belfast, the precent of issues with services is somewhere around 60%, in contrast with glasgow where it was only 40%, and in the remaining cities the precent didnt go over 60%, with regards to problems faced with education, the precents in all seven cities were around both 50% 55%, ecxept for Newcastle, Manchester that accounted for less than that.
For the remaining element, which is issues with air polution, the percent didnt rise over 17% in all units, useually it is somwhere around 10% or 6% approximately, the lowest was in Newcastle for 5% only, in contrast highest was 17% in Manchester.
