Dear Mr. Brown,

The reason why I am addressing you is that I want to express my sincere apology to you for the noise from my flat which caused a lot of inconveniences to you.

To commence, I would like to present a brief explanation for how the noise arose. The root of the issue lies in the birthday party we had when we accepted many guests whose voices were loud.

Secondly, I want to convey my apologies to you. I admit that it was my fault that I let my guests disturb you with unwanted noise. I wish I had been mindful of your peace. Please, accept my sincere apology.

Lastly, I am committed to ensuring you that this undesirable circumstance will never be repeated again. To rectify my fault, I am going to invite you for an evening meal today.

I look forward to your kind forgiveness as soon as possible.
