From an overall perspective, it can be seen that it is planned to construct a mall either in a residential area or near an industrial zone. Both variants have developed road infrastracture.

Regarding the first location, the new shopping center might be found in the northern part of the city, with a large housing estate in front of it and a city center behind. The new building will be surrounded by a river on the right, a road crossing the apartment complex, and railway tracks on the left, with a vast golf course and park across it.

The second plan offers to build the mall in the opposite part of the city, in the south. It may appear between the road and the rail line, which is far from the river. On the one hand, it is remote from living places. On the other hand, there is an industrial estate to the right, which is separated by the railway from it, and the city center a bit further.
