Overall, it is evident that both proposed areas are equally close to the city center. While S2 is located in the south part of the city, S1 is situated in the north.

S1 and S2 are both near the railway and the road, which cross the entire city from south to north. The distance from the city center, located just in the heart of Brandfield in the gap between the road and the railway, and the two proposed areas is also the same. Besides, S1 and S2 are equally far from the golf course and park in the west part of the city, the largest object among the provided ones.
