Overall, throughout the period, both places underwent significant changes, expanding their territory and adding new transport infrastructure. Owing to the new roads connecting Fonton to Meadowside village, new relaxing places and housing apartments were built.

In 1962, there were relatively undeveloped residents, situated separately and had several roads crossing them. There were unconnected and Fonton was larger than Meadowside village. However, in 1985, the difference in size was considerably small. New housing facilities and places which residents can relax are built in Meadowside village while Fonton did not contain any such facilities. At that time, several roads that provide access to both cities were built.
