Dear madam/sir

I am writing this letter to express my disappointment about the book you sale on shopee. Yesterday, I purchased a book from your online store and suprisingly I received the wrong book.

I do not know what this kind of case could be possibly happened with your five-star store. When I open the package of the book, I was so shocked the book that I ordered changes into black cartoon book. I believe the book that I order is American politics.

This was extremely frustrating, I really need that book for my college tasks really soon, the deadline is three days left.

I would kindly request that you send my real book right away, if it is not possible, I would like a full refund please. Additionally, I suggest you to always ensure or double check the book that you want to send to avoid such a issues.

I hope you will resolve this problem as soon as possible. Look forward to hearing from you soonest.
