It can be mentioned in the chart that both employers, men and women over aged 60 from world’s four countries with the contrast the highest and the lowest ones for the last 3 decades of previous century.
It is easy to mention, man workers are dominant rather than women even they are at the age of 60-64 all over the period and countries.Honestly at the beginning of the above period, both men and women had a great opportunity to work in 1970 years despite of their ages. Actually, Japanese had the top score with high results for all years while Belgium people had the lowest percentage during the period, especially, with sharp reducemenf for women employers in 1970 years.
