Dear Sam,

I am writing this letter about renewing the agreement for staying in the apartment. Intially we had a six month agreement although i want to extent this contract for another quarter of the months .

Actually, we were making our own house inside the city and according to our Estimates our house work would be completing this winter. However, due to the heavy rainfall the speed of making house dropped drastically and led to the delay of construction. We need to change our plan .Moreover, We are washing machine Problem inside the apartment . It had started leaking water last month and You sent the plumber last time, but now me and my cousins are facing same problem again please take a action to fix this problem.
