Dear Sir,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to inform you that I want to extend my stay at your apartment for further six-months. As previously, I signed a renting contract with you for just 6 months on 1st May.

The reason behind this is as you know I am a university student enrolled in advanced English language course in a nearby institute which is convenient for me in all terms, such as availability of modern facilities, better food chains and reduced commuting hours. But, as the course has been extended due to some issues, so I want to formally request you to sign a new contract for more duration.

However, there are several problems in the apartment, like central heating system is not working properly since 22nd December, inadequate parking area, and noise from the newly shifted neighbours, especially during night time.

I will be grateful if you would resolve the aforementioned issues and also extend my stay duration for more 6 months.
