Dear Sir,

I hope this letter finds you in the best of health. I am writing this letter to request you to further expand the agreement of the apartment for an year, which initially was for six months only.

Earlirer, I rented this property because I had coaching classes of NEET exam which I thought I would be able to secure good marks in within six months of tuitions, unfortunately I gave the exams and results were quite disappointing. So I am thinking to reappear in exam after few months of practice, hard work dedication along with joining the same institution again.

However, I would also like to draw your tension towards few problems that have severely affected my daily routine. Firstly, due to constant construction work in the building, I am finding extremely difficult to concentrate on my studies. Secondly, there is a need of some electricity repairing as well as some of the lights of main hall are flickering constantly, making it comfortable to sit there.

I hope you will look into this matter soon, looking forward to your response

yours truly

Simran
