The bar chart shows the GDP from IT industry and Service industry of the UK from 1992 to 2000 in percentage.
Firstly, in the year 1992 the Service industry was at 4%. From the year 1994 to 1996 there was not any noticeable change in the GDP of Service industry. From there, it has always been consistent with no dramatic changes in the GDP throughout the years . In the year 2000 it had an GDP of 8.1%.
On the contrary the IT service was not so consistent, in 1992 it had an GDP of 6.2% and after merely two years it had increased to 8%. Where as in the year of 1996 it had a slight decrease by 0.2%, but within a span of 2 years it has sharply increased to 12% .It is interesting to note that by 2000 it had increased by 3% settling at 15% .
So we can conclude that the IT industry had more growth than the Service industry in the UK between 1992 and 2000.
