Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my concern regarding numerous issues with the apartment. Moreover, I recently moved to suite #7 at 61 Main Street.

I relocated to your building because it offer free access to a gym and swimming pool. Although I am not a frequent user, I tend to use these facilities in spare time. Apart from this, parking area is quite spacious as compare to previous house.

Unfortunately, I am facing inconveniences since I moved here. Such as, washroom door does not lock properly. In addition, I live in shared place, it gives me privacy concerns. Secondly, key of the main entrance is not working accurately. I need to call my roommates to open door especially in night. As a results, it has been become a considerable problem for me and the other person how lives with me.

I would Therefore request that, if you could arrange locksmith for both, restroom and main door. Also, I would appreciate, if the key can be replaced.
