Dear Owner of the Apartment,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to talk about my rental agreement. Before, I made an agreement to rent this apartment for six months. However, I would like to stay longer, and I hope you allow me to make a new agreement.

I got a job in this city for six months, so I only planned to stay here for a short time. But now, my company has asked me to stay longer. That is why I want to extend my stay for one more year. If it is not possible, I will have to look for another apartment, which I prefer to avoid.

Also, I have a problem with noise in the apartment. Almost every night, my neighbor makes a lot of noise, and it really disturbs me. Could you please ask them to respect others and not be noisy at midnight?
