Looking at the maps, Norbiton is likely to turn into a residential area from an industrialized one as factories are predicted to be demolished to make way for modern facilities. New residential areas are likely to be scattered; one to the north coast of a river, and the others along the roads. A new roundabout is expected to be erected at the bottom part of the town, whereas the farmland above the river will remain untouched.
