In the middle of Norbiton industrial area, there are a large square with two main output ways. The square and the two main roads are surrounded by factories and the other spaces of industrial region are empty. in the result of the development plan, all factories will replace with houses, shops in the west of main square, medical centers in the east of main square, a school in the east of the region, and a playground just below the river. At the future map, we can see another square in the south of the region that is along the old square and also new roads will sprang up that will connect the region to farmland that is located in the north.
