The image shows current and planned future development maps with a river, farmland to the north, a town to the west, and housing zones illustrated; the existing map details three factories adjacent to the river and two south of a circular road structure, with a split road network extending east; the future development plan replaces all factories with housing, adds a north-south main road with a bridge over the river, incorporates three shops to the southwest near the roundabout, an additional east-west road integrating with two playgrounds and more housing areas replacing surface water bodies and spaces used earlier for factories, aligning longitudinally along both sides of the straightened paths.
Given the complexity of the image, the above description may not be entirely accurate.

The above two pictures show the current map of an industrial area in the town of Norbiton, and the map of planned future development of the site.
Currently there is a road on the Southern end of the site which connects to the center. On the west side of the site there is a town and a river running on the northern part. A Farmland is there on further north of the river. These are kept as is in the future development plan.
Only the river will be divided by a dam, which will connect to the center. Currently there are eight factories which will be replaced by seven houses; three on the east, three on the west of the center and one on the north of the dam separating the river. There will also be Shops, a Medical centre, Playground and a School.
The Norton industrial area will be modified into a residential area in the future.
