Dear roxky,

I am writing this letter to inform you about an issue of heating system. Unfortunately, heating system is not functioning properly. In result , My living space remains cold throughout all the day. It is quite difficult to bear with unpleased temperatures, especially in winter months. So,It is extensively uncomfortable to live in chilly basement.

Given the issue, i would request you to address this problem as soon as possible. I would appreciate your assistance if you could send technician to inspect the system and repair it.

I would be very thankful for your early prompt assistance. I look forward for your response . I would appreciate your help .
