I Hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to share my feedback on the recent system design training conducted at the company, which I believe has been immensely valuable for my professional growth.
The training was well planned for employees at all level. It was refreshing to revisit some core concepts that are often missed while designing the modern systems. I was amazed by how critical concepts were explained well by real world example. After the training I started applying that knowledge to the new systems that were being developed. Although, designing these systems were challenging but it helped the organization to attract a lot of new customers.
However, I feel the course lack interaction among the people as there were no question and answer session or group activities. Introducing these kind of activities can not only enhance the learning experience but also enrich the understanding and communication among the participants.
