Dear Sir,

i hope this meesage finds you well. I am writing to report the loss of a valuable item on your train on my most recent journey which took place on the 12th September, 2025.

I was a passenger on seat 126 , abroad the train heading to Garoua with deparature for 9pm.With me, i had a blue laptop bag which i securely kept beneath my seat.The bag containing a Silver HD laptop and a small notebook with my English language lessons. Unfortunately, amid the fatique of the trip, i must have forgotten it when we arrived our destination.

I will really appreciate it if you inform all the train staffs especially those present on that day like the driver and the attendants about my missing bag. Moreover, if you could assign an individual to go through your lost but found department in search of the bag.

I have provided a clear picture of the bag to help with the search. I look forward to your swift action.
