The flowchart depicts all the necessary processes for manufacturing pasteurized milk., By and large, it is ubiquitous that there are 2 main stages, harvesting first is fresh milk harvest and the second is producing pasteurized and (as well as) derivative milk products
As for the first main process, the whole production is started with collecting the milk from dairy cows grazing (which graze) freely in farm areas. Initially, fresh harvested milk is are gathered twice a day by sending cows into a milking machines. Afterwards, freshly-harvested milk is stored in the refrigerator to maintain its hygiene and freshness. Those milk then will should be delivered to a dairy diary factory before being spoiled using milk tanker. those fresh milk will be delivered to nearby dairies using milk tankers to undergo the following processes/to be processed into various products.
Turning to milk product production, Once the milk arrives at the dairy, the milk undergoes a series of processing stages aimed at generating a diverse range of products. The first product is pasteurized milk, packaged (dairies produce its main products of ready-drink pasteurized milk by heating the fresh milk in a temperature to kill bacteria, prolonging its shelf life). Additional products encompass various types of cheese, cream and butter. After that all the products are neatly packaged and ready for the market. These products are intended for retail sale and promotion in supermarkets and various retail establishments.
