Dear friend

I am just writing to apologize for not being able to meet you. It was not possible for me to meet you because of rain.

Last month, we had a trip to Sri darbar sahib amritsar we spent some time at there. I thought about to meet you but suddenly there was dark coulds and heavy rain due to which we had to return to our city and I was not able to meet you. Moreover, we had cancelled our other plans of trip due to extreme weather conditions but I promise you that I will definitely meet you at next weekend because next weekend, I have two holidays from work and I have an urgent work related to my office at amritsar. At last, I would like to say that please accept my apologies.
