Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to kindly request your assistance in locating my cabin bag, which I left on my rout to Paris last Tuesday.

It was a business trip from New York to Paris on 24th of November, flight number NV2321243. Although I cannot recall the exact number of my seat, I remember sitting near the window in the tail of the plain; perhaps, the number of the seat was A of F35. There was no place above to store my bag; that is why, I put it on the opposite side. I might have misplaced the bag there.

Here is a basic description to help you to find my item. It is a brown leather bag, middle-sized. There are three handles; two short and a long one. The distinguishing feature of it is scratches made by my cat.

The contest of the bag is not specific, accept the urgent documents necessary for an upcoming project. There are also painkillers and sleeping pills, which are sold by prescription. As I am plaining to visit my doctor, I will purchase new medicine.
