Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to convey my recent experience during visit to Winston Eat restaurent for my birthday celebration with my friends. The event was booked for a group of 20 on the first day of this month from 8:00 PM onwards. Even though the menu was changed at the very last moment, the food was amazing and the atmosphere of the restaurent was incredible. Not to forget the service offered by the staff was exceptional. The birthday decoration and the cake was above my expectation which was even recognised by my friends. The music was not too loud and moderate which is exaclty what I have requested to the management.
Although the service was outstanding there are few things I would like to suggest as an improvement which can even attract more customers to the restaurent. For example, having a seperate party hall would have made the expereince more overwhelming and enjoyable. Another recommendation would be to have more parking spaces available at the permises.
The party was a great success and I am looking forward to organise another event at this restaurent next month.
