The process diagram illustrates how instant noodles are manufactured in a factory.
Overall, it’s an 8-step process, beginning with mixing flower and ending with labelling the noodle packages.
Flours kept in storage silos are transferred into a mixer in which it’s mixed with water and oil. The rollers on the belt roll the dough into sheets. The dough sheets then enter a cutting machine that cuts the dough into thin noodle-like strips. The noodles are then moulded into discs throughanother machine. The discs are then placed in an oil to cook them. They are then released from the oil in order to dry them. The ready noodles are then put inside cups of the same size as the noodle discs, adding vegetables and spice packages along with the noodles. Finally, the cups are sealed properly and labelled using labels of the noodle’s brand name.
