The scheme illustrates an instant noodles producing chain. It shows every step in the chronological order and delineates some additional details.
It is clear that most of all the track of this snack producing is automated. I would separate all the processes on two parts – cooking and packaging.
At first factory gets flour on its storages to mix it with water and oil into a dough. Following this special rollers create flat lists to attain specific form. This form allows to cut the dough to strips to create that familiar noodles shape. Then pasta is pressed in disc mold to become suitable for packaging. After that noodles gets cooking in oil and subsequently drying.
Afterwards second part of production chain begins. Pressed and dried noodles get cups and spices in them. The final step is to label the package and to seal the cup.
