Undoubtly, everyone has a different way of spend their free time. The pie chart provides information about minutes spent per day on leisure activities in the UK in 1961.
The most obvius trend in the pie chart is that the activity most people spend their day doing is watching TV and listening to the radio, whereas the least common activities are playing sports and walking. In my opinion this two activities should be the ones people spend more minutes doing during their free time.
The second more common activity is other types of leisure at home, followed by socialising. Unexpectedly, eating out, going to the cinema and going to pubs are the second least frequent activities people do during their day. This could be because of the time this data was taken, 1961; if we do a research in 2026 the results would be very different.
In conclusion, in 1961 people spent more minutes of their day whatching TV an listening to the radio and less time playing sports or walking.
