The line graph shows the number of cases of X disease occured in Someland from 1983 to 1992.

Over the period, the city experienced a both increase and decline in the number of people that were influenced by X illness. Furthermore , the sickness was entirely beaten by general efforts.

Initially in 1983 year, the statistic gave the data about 100 of individuals suffered from X. From 1983 and 1987 years, the figure of infected was steadily growing up and reached 200 of infected. Later in 1988, there was a moderate decrease, undoubtedly returned to 100 citizens and give hope of won over the sickness.

In 1989, unexpectedly occured a drastic climb, thus the figure of infected persons hitted a peak of 400. However, in next 2 years, an increase stopped, subsequently levelled off at 350 individuals. Fortunately, by 1992, the illness was completely vanished, therefore the Someland completely got rid of X.
