The table depicts the variation of population size and its rates for four different parts between 1950 and 2000 as well as perdiction for 2000 and 2050. The size is measured in millions.
Overall, it is noticeable that while the rates will decrease over time, the number of people will increase in Australia and North contrary to others.
Firstly, there will be an increment in the size of population for Australia and North. Astralia which had the fewest number in 1950, experienced a 12 million rise in its population size and it will become around 30 million in 2050. Nevertheless, there will be a sharp fall in its rate and will decline to 45% from 142%. Moreover, North gained 130 million people in the first 50 years and was 308 million in 2000, it seems that it will rise to 445 million at the end of the period. In addition, its rate will reduce to half and will be 44% in 2050.
Turning to reduction in Japan and Europe, Although Europe rose in the first 50 years , and turned to 715 from 547, it will drop to 672 after that. Its rate also is going to be one-fifth in 2050 which will be 6%. There was a 50 million increase in the population of Japan and it was around 130 million in 2000, however, it will reduce to 670 million at the end of the time. The rate of Japan also will see more than 60% decrease.
