Dear Thoa,
I am writing this letter to inform you that I am so extremely guilty and regretful to cancel our appointment on the next weekend. Please don’t furious and dissatisfied with me. First of all, I want to express that I’m glad and ardent to hear from you. I wish you will be fine and everything surrounding you is smooth sailing.
Unfortunately, I am not capable to meet with you owing to several core reasons. Initially, on the upcoming weekend, my company has a multitude of deadlines so that I need to struggle with my hectic schedule and heavy workloads to make sure that I do not miss any deadlines. Moreover, in recent times, I have a toothache, so I decide to spend time to make a dentist appointment at my only idle moments at the weekend. Those are the reasons I must delay our meeting to another reasonable time.
Therefore, I want to ask you that whether we can gather at the Linda Café on the following couples of weeks or not. If you have any further questions or ideas on time and destination where we can reunify, please do not hesitate to contact me.
I am looking to hearing from you soon.
Best regards,
Thu
