Starting with men, whose percentages vary across the six countries, they make up about 15% in China-the lowest point in the chart. 42% of Romanian men know a foreign language well. Moving on to India, Indian men have a language proficiency rate of 56%, almost twice as high as that of Thailand. In Russia and Vietnam, it is almost the same, about 35%.
If we study about women, Chinese women who know a foreign language is about 30%, while in Romania it is around 65%, which is the second highest result in the graph.
