The bar chart compares information about students who are excellent in foreign languages across six different countries.

Overall, the percentage of females who are proficient in foreign languages is higher than that of males in all countries except Thailand. It is also evident that the lowest figure is in China for both males and females.

In detail, the percentage of students who are good at foreign languages is approximately the same in Thailand for both males and females, with 32% and 29% respectively. Similarly, in Russia, the proportion of excellent students in foreign languages is roughly the same, with 35% females and 40% males.

Additionally, the highest figure for fluent students in a foreign language is in India, with females at 60% and males at 56%. The share of students who are excellent in foreign languages in China shows the lowest percentage across all countries, with 15% males. Furthermore, Thailand is the only country where the male percentage for excellence in foreign languages is higher than that of females, with corresponding figures standing at 28% and 22%.
