The given plan A illustrates a health centre in the year of 2005, whereas plan B describes the adjacent place in the today.
Overall, The past building was almost L shaped but today it is in the rectangular shaped. Some of the rooms are being modified, added and orientation of the entrance and fences have been changed.
First and foremost, in the year of 2005, the center had been surrounded by a garden by three sides. Southern side was used for car parking having 12 spaces protected by fencing wire. Furthermore, the entrance was located at southern side of the building whereas physiotherapy room was located at the north-east side. Office and CR3 rooms were located at right side and CR4 and CR2 were at left side of the reception desk. Seats were available in the both side of the passage.
Secondly, in the present day, the garden is located at the North and east side, whereas car parking of 30 spaces is located at the southern and western side. Minor operation room is added adjacent to office. Entrance is shifted to southern-west side provides directly to the reception and childrens play area. CR1 and CR2 are located at the southern pole of the building, whereas, purpose of CR1 and CR2 of 2005 have been changed into CR3 and CR4 respectively. Seats are located in the all sides of the courtyard.
